7-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from Ginni Arora Label are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs. Secure packaging recommended.

Restocking Fee: 5% fee for returned items; covers administrative costs.

All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing

Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days.

Prepaid Orders

All Prepaid orders are only eligible for returns & exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Only store credits are issued in case of refunds.

Store credits can be applied during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write to support@ginniaroralabel.in

Cash on Delivery Orders

All COD orders are only eligible for returns & exchanges. Shipping / cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.

Only store credits are issued in case of refunds. (Due high cost of reverse shipping, re-cleaning and restocking of product)

Second Return/Exchanges come at a cost

Second return/exchanges won’t be free. You have to pay a handling fee of Rs. 200, in case you would like to return/exchange it.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN? 

Step 1:

Maintain the product in good condition. Products must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the product(s) back in the original package along with the invoice.

Step 2:

To raise a return request please drop us an email on support@ginniaroralabel.in and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, Email id and Product Name on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

Step 3:

Our team will schedule a pick-up within 3-5 days of your request. For returns that require refund, the product would have to reach us for quality inspection.

Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to
pick up the shipment. We mark the product sold and you are not anymore eligible to return the same order.

Exchanging for a different product ?

In case you'd like to exchange and choose a different product. You can return the purchased products for store credits and use these credits to make a new purchase.

Returning one item purchased during a combo.

If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

Example. If you purchase 2 cotton trousers for Rs. 1199 while one of them is priced at Rs.699 and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 500 (1199-699). Similar T&C will be applicable in other product categories as well.


HOW TO CANCEL A ORDER.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing one by mail us at support@ginniaroralabel.in as soon as possible and we'll attempt a cancellation before your order is processed further.


RECIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR GOODS WERE DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL ?

Please mail us at support@ginniaroralabel.in within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against Wrong/damaged orders.

Please send us :

1) Your Order ID

2) A photo of your received order

3) Please state in detail the problem at hand.

Our teams will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product.

Please note : The item should be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/wrong goods.
