GAL is an online fashion store catering to women’s ethnic fashion categories like Kurtas, Tunics, Suit Sets, Kaftans, Dresses and Trousers.

On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. All measurements are in inches (in) and not in centimeters (cm). So measure yourself accordingly.

GAL celebrates women in all shapes and sizes. Therefore, we offer a range of sizes available from S to 2XL in our diverse collection. So be rest assured, there’s a Ginni Arora Label apparel created for every woman

Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order. Select a suitable size from the drop-down list. Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order. There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button. Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.

You can apply discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer information.

Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from support@ginniaroralabel.in. We will then start packing your order from our Delhi warehouse and keep you informed at every step of the delivery. Then, your item is shipped to your location.

You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our courier partner’s website which is carrying your order. You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.

Shipping

No. We are not shipping internationally yet.

Shipping is free for all our customers.

Ginni Arora Label offers express shipping for all your urgent occasion needs. For express delivery, all you have to do is write us an email at support@ginniaroralabel.in If your pin code is serviceable for express delivery, we will accept your express delivery request — a shipping charge of INR 300 is levied on your order.

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 7-8 working days.

Each order is shipped only to a single address. However, if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may do so by placing multiple orders.

For all online orders, our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse.

In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Delivery Service provider normally calls before making a delivery attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and after that product is returned to our warehouse.

Returns

Yes — we do accept returns. Head over to our return & exchange policy page to learn more.

In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request to support@ginniaroralabel.in

Yes, we give you the flexibility to cancel your order “before” it leaves our warehouse i.e. before it gets shipped.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Simply write to us on support@ginniaroralabel.in with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.

After the order has been shipped, it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

Upon successfully processing the refund, the refund amount will be credited to your Ginni Arora Label account as credit points. You will be able to use these credit point on our site.

To ensure a safe, private and secure shopping experience with GinniAroraLabel.com, all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transactional details confidential at all times.

We do not collect or store your card information with us. If you suspect any unauthorized behaviour on your card, then please report this to your bank immediately.

Please be assured that we do not receive or store your complete card details with us. When you enter the card details, you are redirected to a secure payment gateway. Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive or store your card details.
