Our Secret to Superior Quality Ethnic-Wear.

Our artisans adhere to a comprehensive checklist that enables us to consistently manufacture exquisite apparel that never fails to impress customers.

Fabric Inspection: It’s hard to think about designing ethnic wear and not consider fabric as one of their defining features. Therefore, we start by hand sourcing the finest materials from across India — each fabric roll is thoroughly inspected for flaws or undesirable cuts. Only after a thorough inspection do we proceed to the next step.

Cutting: Each roll of fabric that passes our inspection is trim-checked before being sent to the cutting department, which is where the magic happens. Even in the cutting room, the fabric is subjected to several inspections. Finally, the piece is sent to the printing or embroidery department for finishing before being handed to the sewing department.

Stitching:
After sewing, the cloth is inspected for defects once more. It is subjected to in-line inspection in the sewing department. All pieces that are free of defects qualify to proceed to the next steps. Following that, roving quality control is undertaken, during which random pieces are picked for inspection.

Finishing: All faultless pieces are forwarded to further departments to create an awe-inspiring garment. Our quality control team conducts similar quality tests when the cloth is at the finishing stage, ready to be packed. All of our products are inspected both before and after they are ironed as well. They are then passed on to our dedicated folding section, responsible for professional folding, tagging, and packing.
